He has successfully executed Go-to-Market strategy for various product lines and scaling up the businesses. Responsible for Sales & Marketing and Strategy Initiatives of Solvclean and driving the growth journey.

Sandeep is also the founder promoter and has over 25 years of Research & Development experience with prestigious chemical companies. He plays a significant role in the New Product/Technology Development, Raw Material Selection and Sourcing, Technical Services and Product Approvals. He is the driving force for achieving rapid growth by delivering best in class products.

Radhika, again a founder promoter, brings in more than 15 years of Diverse Customer Interface Experience. She is responsible for assessing the Key Market Requirements, Customer Feedback and continuous improvement of Customer Service Levels. Acts as a bridge between technical and marketing teams to deliver excellent outcomes for all sets of customers in a B2B/B2C services. She is also responsible for providing key inputs to the concerned teams for targeting overall improvement in product performance and its efficiency and working towards Customer Delight.
